Oakville is a town on Lake Ontario in the southern part of the province of Ontario, and Milton lies directly north of it. Toronto is a 30minute drive to the east and Hamilton is about the same distance to the west.

Oakville hosts many special attractions and activities for the whole family. The annual Waterfront Festival and Jazz Festival draw many visitors from all over the GTA. There are two harbours for sailboats and powerboats. Milton is filled with quaint and historic main streets fostering an engaging community. It’s close to many conservation areas which offer rock climbing, horseback riding, BMX facilities and opportunities for triathlons.
Oakville-Milton’s climate is for the most part continental with warm humid summers and cold dry winters. Lake Ontario naturally moderates the temperature and protects the city from extreme temperatures. Temperatures generally rage from 22°C in the summer to -5°C in the winter.
