Wainfleet is a small, mainly agricultural community of about 6,000. It includes lively businesses, a great education system, and many amenities. Like Grimsby, it is also a popular bedroom community, but serves those who work in Welland, Port Colborne and St. Catharines. 2-storey starter homes go for about $125,000 and executive homes sell for $193,000. West Lincoln is home to about 12,000 residents. It is also an agricultural area, with industrial and commercial sectors. Both rural and urban housing options are available.
